Your Pipeline Inbox

Your Pipeline Inbox is your hub for handling all conversations with leads enrolled in your campaigns—without ever needing to switch to LinkedIn.

📥 Navigate to the Inbox

  • Click the Inbox icon in the left-hand sidebar

  • By default, you'll see Your Inbox → All Messages

You’ll only see leads who are actively enrolled in your campaigns—no clutter.


🔍 Search and 🗂 Filter

Use the search bar to find messages by name or keyword

Use the dropdown at the top of your inbox to filter messages based on status:

  • All Messages: See every active conversation in one place.

  • Completed: View threads you’ve marked as completed/done.

  • Unread: Quickly find any messages you haven’t opened yet.

  • Needs Reply: Focus on leads who messaged you but haven’t gotten a response.

  • Snoozed: See conversations you’ve scheduled to pop back up later.


💬 Reply to Leads

  • Click on any lead to open the full conversation thread

  • Type your message in the textbox and hit Send

Everything syncs back to LinkedIn—no need to leave Pipeline.


Mark Conversations as Complete

  • Click Mark Completed to clear a message from your active queue

  • Completed threads stay archived, so you can always revisit them later and move them back to the inbox if you'd like to re-open the thread


Snooze for Later

  • Hit the Snooze button to temporarily hide a message

  • Choose a time for it to return to the top of your inbox

Great for reminders for follow-ups or when you’re waiting on a reply.


👀 Lead Profile Overview

On the right-hand side of any conversation, you’ll see a quick snapshot of your lead, including:

  • LinkedIn profile summary

  • Location, job title, and company

  • Direct links to their LinkedIn and company website

Click View Full Details to open an expanded view with:

  • Full lead profile

  • Company insights

  • Your complete Pipeline history with that lead
