Sharing a Campaign with Your Team

Last updated: May 12, 2025

If you’re trying to share a campaign with a teammate and aren’t sure what that means, or what they’ll actually see, you’re in the right place.

🔍 What Happens When You Share a Campaign?

When you share a campaign in your workspace, you're giving teammates view-only access to your outreach progress. This includes:

  • Campaign Analytics – See how the campaign is performing (opens, replies, etc.)

  • Enrolled Leads – A list of leads you’ve added to the campaign

  • Sequence Details – The messages and steps you’ve used in your campaign

This is especially helpful for keeping managers or collaborators informed about your work.

Example: Your manager wants to see how your outreach is going for a specific project. Instead of sending screenshots, just share the campaign—they'll have everything they need to review performance.

🙅‍♀ What Sharing Doesn’t Do

Sharing a campaign isn’t the same as sharing a lead list.

  • Teammates cannot take action on your campaign

  • They can’t enroll or edit leads

  • They can’t edit the sequence

It’s meant for visibility, not collaboration.

👥 Need to Collaborate on Leads?

If you’re looking to work together on leads, we recommend sharing a Lead List instead. Shared lead lists let you and your teammate view, manage, and reach out to the same group of leads.

💡 TL;DR

  • Sharing a campaign = teammates can view progress only

  • Sharing a lead list = teammates can actively work with the leads
